I have been teaching art professionally at schools, studios, colleges and in my own studios since 2007. My aim is to help students discover their strengths and passions - I provide a wide range of media, materials, tools & techniques to encourage & enable experimentation.
I have worked with home schoolers and GCSE students, helped with portfolio preparation for art school interviews (always successfully!), and run one-off workshops in collage, printmaking, mixed media etc.
In addition to my main studio, I have a printmaking shed at the bottom of the garden with a beautiful etching press that once was a Victorian clothes mangle!
I have a full & current DBS check and insurance cover.
